How to do it

  1. Play each scale note with a quick wrist bounce.
  2. The note should be short but the sound clean, not crushed.
  3. Keep the forearm still and relaxed.

Variations

  • Alternate two staccato notes and two legato.
  • Transpose and extend to 2 octaves; then hands together.
